AEDEXBOOKS — Business Management App by Aedex Anima LLC
This Privacy Policy describes how Aedex Anima LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and handles information in connection with AEDEXBOOKS, our web-based business management application available at www.aedexbooks.com.
By using AEDEXBOOKS, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
AEDEXBOOKS's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you sign in with Google, we receive the following from Google's authentication service:
AEDEXBOOKS stores the business data you create within the app — including clients, job records, invoices, estimates, expenses, and contractor information. This data is written exclusively to a Google Sheet in your own Google account. Aedex Anima LLC does not have access to, store copies of, or process this data on our servers.
AEDEXBOOKS uses your browser's localStorage to cache your business data locally, allowing the app to load quickly and remain functional when offline. This data never leaves your device except when syncing to your own Google Sheet.
AEDEXBOOKS requests the following Google API permissions. Each scope is used for a specific, limited purpose and is not used for any other reason:

Limited Use: Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve AEDEXBOOKS. We do not use this data to serve advertisements, and we do not allow humans to read your Google user data except as required by law or with your explicit permission for security or support purposes.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or business data with any third party, except in the following limited circumstances:
Your email address is retained in our access control system for as long as your account remains active. If you request removal, we will delete it within 30 days.
Your business data lives entirely in your own Google Sheet and Google Drive. You control it completely — you can delete it at any time directly from your Google account. We do not hold copies of your business data.
AEDEXBOOKS is served entirely over HTTPS. We do not operate any backend database that stores your business data — all data resides in Google's infrastructure under your own account, protected by Google's security systems and your Google account credentials (including any two-factor authentication you have enabled).
Access to the application is gated by an email-based allow-list stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. OAuth access tokens are held in browser memory only and are never transmitted to or stored by Aedex Anima LLC's systems.
AEDEXBOOKS is intended solely for use by adults operating businesses. The application is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at aedexanima@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active users via the app interface or by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of AEDEXBOOKS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
