AEDEXBOOKS — Business Management App by Aedex Anima LLC
By accessing or using AEDEXBOOKS ("the App"), available at www.aedexbooks.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users who have been granted access to AEDEXBOOKS by Aedex Anima LLC.
AEDEXBOOKS is a web-based business management application that allows contractors and service businesses to manage clients, jobs, invoices, estimates, expenses, and contractors. The App integrates with Google Workspace services (Sheets, Drive, Gmail) using your own Google account.
Your data is stored in your own Google account. Aedex Anima LLC does not store copies of your business data on its servers.
Access to AEDEXBOOKS is granted by invitation only. To use the App you must:

AEDEXBOOKS uses Google APIs to provide its functionality. Your use of Google services through the App is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
We request only the minimum Google permissions necessary to operate the App. You can revoke these permissions at any time via your Google Account settings.
The AEDEXBOOKS application, including its design, code, and interface, is owned by Aedex Anima LLC. Your business data — clients, jobs, invoices, and all records you create — belongs to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App or any part of it without written permission from Aedex Anima LLC.
AEDEXBOOKS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from Google service outages, account issues, or any other cause outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aedex Anima LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AEDEXBOOKS, including but not limited to loss of business data, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for access to the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue AEDEXBOOKS at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time — when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
